El Camino Real won the boys Division 1 title at the L.A. City Section finals by a 59-82 margin over Granada Hills at Pierce College. Justin Hazell captured the individual title on the 2.93-mile course in 14:57.87, with six Conquistadores placing in the top 25. Cody Brdar and Ethan Estrada were 12^th and 13^th in 15:58.86 and 16:03.91, with Nikita Khromets and Carlos Belmonte 16^th and 17^th in 16:07.36 and 16:11.32 for El Camino Real, which had Ethan Samuels take 22^nd in 16:24.20 and Alejandro Fernandez-Ramirez finish 34^th in 16:43.43.
